Located in the heart of East Austin, The Frances Modern Inn is made up of 15 one-of-a-kind rooms, each designed to offer a unique experience for every guest. We intentionally created a distinct atmosphere for each room, ensuring that no two stays are alike, and giving guests the opportunity to enjoy a fresh experience every time they visit.

For the design, we embraced bold color palettes and patterned wallpapers, layering in a mix of vintage furnishings that add warmth and character. We also incorporated local art throughout, reflecting Austin’s vibrant creative community. Every detail—from materials to textures—was thoughtfully selected to give each room its own personality and charm.
