Built in 1953, this home in Fredericksburg, TX, was completely transformed by our team. You wouldn’t believe the before photos! We started from the original foundation and gutted the entire space. Raising the roof beams, we incorporated reclaimed telephone pole beams from Elgin, Texas, into the living room, adding character and a rustic touch.
The primary suite was expanded to accommodate a luxurious primary bath, elevating the overall space. Kim hand-selected stunning Clay Imports tiles during an anniversary trip to San Miguel de Allende (she’s not one to do pleasure without business). Antique Portuguese dining chairs blend beautifully with Macchia Vecchia marble and Zia Tile Saltillo, anchoring the new kitchen in timeless elegance.
This renovation was all about blending modern luxury with historical charm, creating a space where comfort and design coalesce.
