I recently had the honor of designing the nursery for Singer/Songwriter Jewel and her husband Professional Bull Rider, Ty Murray. We went with a "Vintage Farm Animal" theme for their first born.

A reclaimed barn wood headboard wall drives the vintage character in the room. Fuzzy animals from Roost surround the baby with cozy farm life.

To complete this playful design, I selected the Noe changing dresser from Petit Nest (http://petitnest.com/) and a recycled paper lamp shade from Stray Dog Designs (http://www.straydogdesigns.com/).

We painted the closet doors with chalkboard paint, so Jewel can write lullabies to the baby.

Organization is key for this busy couple. Using a California Closets system, we labeled the shelves with products and clothing sizes.
